The future people want: imagined by individuals, built by brands

We asked people from across the UK what they want the post-Covid future to look like.

Their answer was a resounding call for change: 84% agree the pandemic is a unique opportunity to make the world a better place. And they told us what ‘better’ means, across every aspect of life.

But we also found something we didn’t expect. 86% of people in the UK believe the vital role of making change happen falls to brands, not individuals.
